A Bit About Me
My name is Ian Neale and I am a Mind and Body coach.
Just over 4 years ago I had a life-changing experience. I was knocked off my bike whilst cycling to work, breaking my Femur, this meant I had to undergo the first surgery of my life at 55 years old.
I hated being bedbound as I am an active person, I was and am a keen amateur triathlete and as soon as I could I tried to get out and about. I was hit with agoraphobia and then once I had managed that, I discovered that I suffered from Koinoniphobia (the phobia of entering spaces) and add a dash of depression to the mix.
I searched for a career where I could use all my previous knowledge and skills, training as an ICF coach with Reach Outstanding.
I have been interested in how the body works for the last 30 years this started as a Chef at Fortnum & Mason and Harrods with an interest in nutrition, which led me to study and understand the link between what we eat, the quality of what we eat and how it can make massive health changes.
As a sports and movement teacher and sports coach (British Cycling and Archery GB) I am fascinated with the links between the mind and body and how your mindset can affect your physiology.
I am also an ITEC sports masseur and have used sports psychology to help athletes and in my own recovery.
For the last 4 years and 3 months, I have been healing physically, mentally and emotionally. I have been reading, studying, researching, and working. I looked into all aspects and areas of my life, making sure I left no stone unturned.
I am now back living on the South coast in the UK after 3 years in Singapore but am available and able to coach all over the world (in person and via Zoom)

Impossible can be reframed to I'm Possible.
